All travel reimbursement questions should be addressed by email to: travelexpense-services@umassp.edu. Please email any other travel-related questions by email to: travel@uml.edu.
Travel Registry
All Travelers are required to follow the Travel Expense Policy.
All UML business-related travel, domestic and international, must be registered in the University's Travel Registry once the travel has been approved and booked.
If travel is booked in Concur, it is automatically registered.
Travel booked by any other travel provider must be manually registered by the Traveler through the Travel Registry, Healix Sentinel by email:聽UMass.TravelRegistration@healix.com.
Non Employee student travel will now be entered in Concur. Please follow the Student Pre-Travel Authorization for Student Travel Guidelines (pdf).
- Domestic travel should be registered at least 2 weeks prior to travel. Appropriate department approvals are required.
- International travel should be registered at least 1 month prior to travel. In addition to your appropriate department approvals, International Travel (email: International_Travel@uml.edu) must also be requested as an approver.
- Study Abroad students should contact the Office of Study Abroad, email: studyabroad@uml.edu, phone: 978-934-4660.
- International students and scholars on a 51视频 visa sponsorship should review all related information about travel and consult with the International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO).
