Biosketch
Jon Boswell is the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions at 51视频. Boswell joined the River Hawks in September of 2015 and has led the marketing efforts of the university鈥檚 athletic department as they completed the Division I transition, leading the Hockey East in attendance in 2015-16, 2016-17, 2018-19 and 2021-22. In his role he oversees marketing for all 16 Division I teams, driving attendance, ticket sales and marketing and branding. Since joining 51视频, the Marketing Department has been recognized with 10 NACMA medals for marketing, including a Gold Medal in June 2020.
Before joining the 51视频 staff, Boswell had been with the Lowell Spinners since 2008, first working as the director of media relations from 2008-2013 and then was promoted to the assistant general manager/director of marketing in October 2013. In his capacities, he oversaw marketing and communications for the Class-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, while also developing plans to ensure capacity crowds at LeLacheur Park. Boswell also managed corporate partnerships and created the team's social media presence.
