Biosketch
Madelaine鈥檚 interests are coastal hydrogeology and groundwater resources, specifically in modeling groundwater dynamics in estuaries. She is currently focusing on saltwater intrusion into groundwater and aquifers across various estuaries on the East Coast of the USA, with a goal to understand how groundwater-surface water exchange may impact usable water sources.
