A team of faculty, called Equity Leaders, is responsible for the Faculty Bystander Training Intervention Workshops and other Diversity, Equity and Inclusion advocacy. This effort was originally funded by NSF ADVANCE IT grant, which sought to address subtle bias and microaggressions in order to promote an inclusive climate for all members of our 51视频 community.
