Each Event with Minors on Campus at 51视频 (UML) must be approved through the sponsoring department head, Designated Approvers (or designee) in the respective areas, and Hospitality and Event Services (HES). All Events with Minors on Campus required documents must be submitted to HES for review. All Events with Minors on Campus must be registered in 25Live. These guidelines are not applicable to committed UML students.

The Designated Approvers, HES, and Controller鈥檚 Office (CO) will be responsible for compliance to this guideline. They will also ensure that the source documents that are shared with the campus are current. HES will update guidelines with any new State requirements.

What has to be submitted to and / or reviewed by Designated Approvers and HES

All Events with Minor on Campus categories documentation outlined in the Event Table on the Event Request Checklist page, must be completed, approved, and submitted to HES

Follow the best practice timelines for event processing. Events that are not processed within the suggested timelines can be unapproved by Designated Approvers and or HES.
