In order to encourage outstanding 51ÊÓƵ undergraduate degree students to continue their studies towards an advanced degree, qualified students may transition to the µþ²¹³¦³ó±ð±ô´Ç°ù’s-³Ù´Ç-²Ñ²¹²õ³Ù±ð°ù’s 51ÊÓƵ Option (Bachelor's-to-Master's programs include the Fast Track to Teaching and Plus 1 programs.) Upon the completion of this program, students earn both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees.
This option carries distinct benefits. Two major benefits include:
  • You can count some CS courses for both your undergraduate and graduate degrees
  • You do not need to take the GRE when you apply through the combined BS/MS program
Any 51ÊÓƵ undergraduate junior or senior with a grade point average of 3.000 or better may apply to a Master’s degree program at 51ÊÓƵ under the Accelerated µþ²¹³¦³ó±ð±ô´Ç°ù’s-³Ù´Ç-²Ñ²¹²õ³Ù±ð°ù’s 51ÊÓƵ Option. For more information on eligibility requirements, refer to the Academic Catalog’s µþ²¹³¦³ó±ð±ô´Ç°ù’s-³Ù´Ç-²Ñ²¹²õ³Ù±ð°ù’s page.

How to transition to Bachelor's-to-Master's programs
