Spring 2025 Check-Out Information

Students should plan on completing the self-checkout process for the spring semester unless they have applied, and been approved for, Summer housing. Students will receive an email to their 51视频 accounts from the Office of Residence Life with details about the check-out procedure. This includes a different set of instructions depending on the next steps so it is important to understand which steps apply to you.

Students leaving on-campus housing and not staying for summer:

  1. Students should take/remove all personal belongings from their room/suite/apartment.
  2. Students should clean their current room.
  3. Students should return any keys issued to their residence hall staff office.
  4. Students should complete a self check-out on the .
  5. Students will not have access to their room after completing the self-checkout

Students staying for Summer:

  1. Students need to have applied for summer housing on the (additional costs apply)
  2. Students will be emailed regarding moving dates and instructions, as needed, at the end of the spring semester.
